Our Company has recently opened a new office in the Boulder, CO area! We are located inside of Galvanize – Boulder on Walnut street. We are looking for 4 LOCAL interns to join us in the office for the summer.

    Investigate and locate people by working directly with many human and non-human sources such as 3rd party databases and various websites. Utilize raw analysis of databases and data management aspects, data preprocessing, data mining of complex perspectives by summarizing it into useful information, considerations, post-processing of discovered structures, visualization, and online updating. Then use the analysis of data from many different historical perspectives by categorizing and summarizing the data into focused relationships derived from the extraction of the raw data.     Assist with recruitment activities focused on attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent staff in various areas throughout the company. Involved with the development and implementation of recruitment plans, position advertising and marketing, and sourcing and screening of applicants. This position would be involved in the hiring of independent contractors, interns and full-time office staff. You will get hands on experience in recruiting, placing job postings, screening applicants via phone, scheduling interviews, and interviewing.

    This role will work with our organization to process cases necessary to reunite owners/claimants with their unclaimed funds. The Intern team member will work closely with LII management team to review, research and process data too close claims. This will entail review, analyze, and extracting data using Internet databases and general inquiries of claims to implement an active claim file. The ability to perform extensive research of relevant resources, and analyze the results. Prepare and organize files into electronic databases, use of claim criteria to review evidence to determine if a claimant is entitled to an asset. If additional evidence is needed (i.e. proof of address) or the provided evidence does not support ownership, prepare and mail appropriate form letter responses.

    Experience the excitement of working in a start-up company environment with other smart, energetic team members! This internship plays a key role in providing support to the LII Management Team. Gain hands on experience in how to manage social platforms on behalf of small businesses. This will include writing (blogs, tweets, FB postings, etc.) with strict attention to detail, proper grammar, expression, & thoughtfulness. Day-to-day social media management activities, aiding in conducting research to find engaging content and ideas for social media posts and internal gamification for virtual contractors, as well as a bunch of other stuff that might come up, because after all, we’re a startup, and things don’t always follow a plan.
